"Ukraine has been and will be devoted to the strategic character of its relations with Poland," Viktor Yushchenko said following the signing ceremony. He stressed that the Polish elections and formation of a new Government will not change bilateral relations with Ukraine. On his part, the Polish President noted his country's support of Ukraine on the way of integration to NATO and the EU. "We are confident that Ukraine will be a member of the European Union and NATO," he said.
