Great Britain's company JKX Oil&Gas plc, mining oil and gas in Ukraine, is planning to invest $230 million in the development of its Ukrainian and Russian assets in 2010, the company reported.
It is planned to channel the funds for building up the reserves of hydrocarbons, and for optimization of production capacities in Ukraine. JKX Oil&Gas plc intends to draw $61 million through increasing its statutory fund for investment into Ukrainian and Russian projects in 2010. The company's main Ukrainian asset is the Poltava Gas and Oil Company.
