Several experts from the Netherlands accompanied by Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) monitors arrived in the town of Torez on Monday and have begun inspecting the Boeing crash victims' remains in refrigerator railcars and will head to the crash site later, according to the Rossiya One television channel.
Malaysian experts are expected to arrive in Torez later on Monday, the channel said. Representatives of the terrorist organization "Donetsk People's Republic" have stated they fully guarantee their safety at the scene. An OSCE monitor told Rossiya One's Vesti program that this is the second time that OSCE representatives are visiting the scene of the tragedy. Today OSCE monitors jointly with Dutch specialists, who flew in to Donetsk this morning, inspected the refrigerator cars that contain the crash victims' bodies. For his part, Dutch expert Peter van Vliet told the press that optimal storage conditions have been provided for the victims' bodies.
