The law also strengthens the protection of children of military personnel who are released from the Armed Forces.
Now, not subject to conscription during the mobilization are men and women, who maintain three or more children under the age of 18 and women. Also exempted from conscription are men and women who are raising children on their own under 18 or who maintain children with disabilities of I and II groups. These people can be called up for military service in the event of their consent and only in the place of their residence. As part of the law on social and legal protection of the military and their families it is envisaged that from now one-time cash benefit in the event of release from service will be paid to servicewomen with children under 18 years.
