On average, 80% of subsidies for housing and communal services have already been re-assigned in Ukraine, by the end of the month this work has to be completed.

"Today, on average, the state has already over 80% of housing subsidies re-assigned, relevant documents have been processed, citizens have been informed that they have been granted subsidies," said the director of the department of state social assistance of the Ministry of Social Policy Vitaliy Muzychenko.
