Militants create preconditions for deterioration of humanitarian situation in Avdiyivka

Because of shelling by the militants the town of Avdiyivka remains without electricity and water for already three days . During past 24 hours the enemy fired about 80 shells and mines with heavy artillery. Ukrainian military and local authorities took measures for repair works. But these works can not start because the militants have not given security guarantees. So far objects of social sphere get electricity from generators.
