Currently there are no prerequisites in place for giving Naftogaz Ukrainy a discount on Russian gas, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said during an interview on the Rossiya-24 TV channel.He also said that Russia is ready to sell gas to Naftogaz Ukrainy, but the question is whether or not there are financial resources.
The minister also said that Naftogaz Ukrainy needs to also pump another 1.5-2 billion cubic meters of gas into underground storage facilities.
