Procedure of obtaining pensions by displaced persons changed

From now paying pensions to the displaced by cards of any bank except the "Savings Bank", will be stopped. This bank will issue plastic pension card with the name, photo and electronic signature of pensioner. This document will be supplemented with a pension card. Change of procedure is explained by the need to identify those who are registered as "displaced persons", but actually live in the temporarily occupied territory and receives pension in Ukraine.
