Hostages not to be tortured any more  in Donbas

The prisoners who were detained by militants in Donbas would not be tortured any more. This was decided after talks in Minsk.

This was reported by the President Commissioner for the settlement of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, Iryna Gerashchenko, who was also involved in the negotiations.

Previously, she stated that according to the SBU, 137 Ukrainians are in hostage of Russian mercenaries in the Donbas and imprisoned in Russia , 10 of them are in kept in prisons of the country-aggressor. It became known of four Ukrainian military who were released.
