All who wish to participate in compettion must send to Ukrposhta letters with completed questionnaires marked "Competition". Competition in making the best post stamp of Ukraine is a great opportunity to evaluate work of artists as well as of Ukrpost company and understand what Ukrainians consider most topical subect in country, explained in the company.
The competition will run until March 25.
