American experts to assist Ukrainian border guards in building coast guarding system

"The American experts will evaluate the state of coastal systems and points of observation, technical means, which are used by the border agency, and will assist in building a national network for the State Border Guard Service and the Naval Forces of Ukraine. The main task of the group is to provide assistance in building a reliable wireless communication network and the surface observing system,” Slobodian said.
