Defence Ministry starts enlisting foreigners in Armed Forces of Ukraine

"The process of negotiations has already begun. No one has been enlisted yet, but today I had a conversation on this issue with persons who are ready to serve in the Armed Forces. They are foreigners," he noted. The General said that negotiation process is taking place also in other military units. "At the moment I talked about a group of 100 persons. Also, the Armed Forces conduct these negotiations, that is the General Staff, and, accordingly, the unit commanders who are on their missions in the ATO zone," Dublian noted.
