The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has stated that both sides involved into the conflict in Donbas break the agreement on withdrawal of weapons and military equipment.
Heavy weaponry still remains on the contact line in eastern Ukraine, speaker of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM) Michael Bociurkiw said.
Constant hostilities and violations of the Minsk ceasefire agreements have resulted in repeated damage to the water pipe system in eastern Ukraine, putting tens of thousands of civilians living on both sides of the contact line without access to water supply.
