Presidential administration has said it hopes that pseudo-elections planned on the territories controlled by self-proclaimed 'Donetsk People's Republic' to be called off, deputy chief of staff Kostiantyn Yeliseyev said.
Kyiv will not conduct any dialogues with self-proclaimed leaders of Donbas who came to power as a result of Moscow-orchestrated elections that took place in November 2014, said Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said that Donbas has seen no casualties or shooting in the last 24 hours, which is the first time this has happened in a year and a half.
