Separatists launch 28 attacks on Ukrainian troops

"The enemy continued to shell our positions on the outskirts of the temporarily occupied cities of Donetsk and Horlivka [39 km north-east of Donetsk]. In the evening, the militants used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and 82mm mortars to fire at the ATO troops in Avdiyivka [18km north of Donetsk]. Mortars of the same caliber were used to shell Ukrainian strongholds in Zaitseve [67km north-north-east of Donetsk] as well. Ukrainian servicemen in Marinka [35 km south-west of Donetsk] came under small arm fire," the report reads. In Mariupol direction, the illegal armed group used heavy machine guns and grenade launchers to shell Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).
