Parliament ratifies protocol on emission and pollutants registers

The ratification implies the creation of a united unified electronic system to have access to information on permits, reports and audit materials in the environment protection area for authorities and the public. The system would include reports, environmental audit materials and would allow submitting documents to receive permits in the electronic form and having systemic information to make ecologically important decisions. The registers are the national or regional ecological database of potentially hazardous chemicals or pollutants emitted to the air, water and soil and transported from territories of enterprises for recycling and disposal.
