EU wants to integrate Ukraine into European energy market

“In order to raise opportunities in the sphere of investments and trade, the EU will ensure the full integration into the energy market of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia via the Energy Union,” reads a report. It is noted that the organization of reverse gas supplies to Ukraine, as well as the completion of the project on creation of the Southern Gas Corridor, the use of new energy sources, assessment and prevention of potential risks in this sphere are the important factors for European energy security.
