 Since 2003 Channel-3 of Ukrainian radio broadcasts in a new format dubbed “Channel of national rebirth Radio “Kultura” (Culture). Its basic goal is to create in the domestic radio space the environment of high spiritual culture attracting the widest possible audience of listeners. In other words, the Third Channel’s task is to bring true art closer to listeners, to make them seek for beauty, become source of reliable information for listeners and their good mood. Channel-3 is made up of literary-publicistic, many-genre musical, information-entertaining as well as author’s programmes of known figures of culture and art.
