Rescuers are currently preparing an area for the safe work of investigators who should establish the cause of blasts that went off at the fireworks depots.
The owner of petards and fireworks has been identified. An entrepreneur is currently providing testimony, however, he has not been named due to a secret investigation. Police officers opened a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which foresees punishment for the violation of rules for the storage of explosives.
