Secondly, this is reduction of the use of energy sources, as production modernization helps enter new markets, develop newest technologies, and attract foreign investments. For his part, Mykola Sasiuk, the Deputy Head of the National Agency for Environmental Investments, said that the possibilities of greenhouse gas emissions trading bring Ukraine, first of all, the funds that go to the state budget to be further spent for the projects that will lead to reducing greenhouse gas emissions or easing an anthropogenic impact on the environment.
