08-02-2008 18:04 Preparations for Euro-2012 finals in Ukraine need due coordination
In the President's opinion that was aired at a meeting of the Coordination Council for the Preparation and Holding in Ukraine of the European Football Finals in 2012, today's greatest problem is the absence of due coordination and unity in the work of all ministries.
Viktor Yushchenko is convinced of the need for the creation of a single center and a single organizational system for project management. During the meeting Yushchenko is planning to set tasks within the preparation frames. In the first place, it is necessary to boost construction, reconstruction and development of stadiums, other sports facilities in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv, as well as to draw investment, and form a positive image of Ukraine.
