"We may support Kosovo as a sovereign state if the UN passes a relevant resolution. We must provide its government with a possibility of full-fledged functioning as well as social guarantees. This is the official position of Ukraine," Mr. Yatsenyuk said. The minister believes that the situation in Kosovo is a unique one and its regulation cannot be extrapolated to other problem areas such as Transnistria, Osetia, or Nagorny Karabakh.
