He is expected to visit Berdiansk and Kerch.Viktor Yanukovych specified that Ukraine will decide on whether to claim damages from Russia over the consequences in the Kerch Strait after it receives the conclusions of a relevant ecological analysis.
Three vessels and two barges remained submerged in the Kerch Strait and one was grounded as of today morning. All the search and rescue operations as well as those to clean the oil spill were suspended Monday due to worsening weather conditions.
