12-11-2007 19:01 Foreign Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk discussed Ukraine's accedence to WTO with his Kyrgyz opposite number Ednan Karabaev in Bishkek
The parties agreed to sign a bipartite protocol "On Access to Commodities and Services Market within the Framework of Ukraine's Accedence to the WTO".
Notably, the First Vice Prime Minister, Finance Minister Mykola Azarov recommended to restructure the state debt of Ukraine to Kyrghyzstan at a meeting with Kyrgyz Minister of Finances Akylbek Zhaparov. Ukraine has completed negotiations with all the members of the working group on its accedence to the WTO accept Kyrghyzstan, which refuses to sign a bipartite agreement with Ukraine and claims for paying off the 27 M. USD debt by Ukraine.
