07-11-2007 17:19 Ukraine completely clears its debt for Russian gas supplied in 2006 and 2007
The RosUkrEnergo company fulfilled its commitments on time before the Gazprom group as regards the debt payment for the gas supplied in 2007 as well as on the dividends accumulated in 2006.
In order to pay its external debt RosUkrEnergo received USD 729 M from Ukrgazenergo for payment of debt for the gas supplied to Ukraine in 2007. Thus the debt of Ukrgazenergo to Russian company RosUkrEnergo to the tune of USD 929 M was paid out in full in keeping with an earlier signed agreement.
