According to Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the strategy aims at efficient management at local level. The strategy also provides for fair election, efficiency and rule of law, ethic behavior, innovation, stable development and long-term results.
Oleksandr Lavrynovych also noted that the strategy has been discussed by representatives of the Council, of Europe, Committee of Ministers, PACE and other organizations of the EU.
