The parties also discussed the political situation in the nation. Mr Yekhanurov, as the "Our Ukraine" bloc's leader, briefed the Head of State about the coalition talks.
Viktor Yushchenko and Yuriy Yekhanurov noted the need for passing urgent bills, with a view of harmonizing authority institutes' work and consolidation the authority vertical vis-a-vis the imperfect political reform, in particular, the bills on the Cabinet, on the opposition, on the PGO, on the State Service.
