Yulia Tymoshenko's Cabinet, resigned yesterday by the Parliament, but continuing to fulfill duties until a new government is appointed, took a decision to approach the IMF and the EU requesting to assist in conducting an international audit, Minister for Housing and Communal Services Oleksiy Kurcherenko informed.
"I would like to say that a decision is taken to really approach the IMF, the European Union requesting to assist in making an independent audit," he said. Earlier, President Viktor Yanukovych stated that he will start its activities on this post with the Cabinet's audit that is suspected of unlawful diversion of funds received from the IMF.
