He said this to reporters on Friday, and added that there had been recently a lot of "stupid things," and "if we started to comment on them, we wouldn't have time to work."
Turchynov also said that the adoption of amendments to the presidential election law did not only exclude the possibility of holding a fair election, but also threw into question Ukraine's bid to join the European Union. Regions Party MP Anna Herman said earlier that Tymoshenko could withdraw her candidacy from the presidential election "only not to recognize that she lost this election."
