Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn says the pre-term parliamentary election will not be held if the deputies start to work. He stressed the necessity to reanimate the Parliament's work.
He reminded that each third meeting of the parliament of this convocation was upset - all in all it makes 65 meetings. The Speaker called on the people's deputies to change their mutual aggression for honesty and consolidation which is in the country's and nation's interests.
