In the President's opinion, corruption easily grows where unlimited deputy's immunity links with criminal outlook and possibility to rule financial streams.
"In our Parliament there are many accidental deputies, some of them having several convictions in the past and they make the majority", the President emphasized in his interview to directors of the French producer center for a documentary "Ukraine. Birth of democracy".
