The procedure for the extension of state guarantees on the credits drawn for implementation of investment projects says that it does not apply to extension of state guarantees on the credits provided by international finance organizations.
The selection of investment projects is proceeding on competitive principles. Economic entities use the funds of the credits drawn against state guarantees exclusively for implementation of investment projects.
