This was voiced by the leader of the Communist party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko in Donetsk during a press conference.
He said that these issues get fanned up only in view of the coming presidential election. Petro Symonenko admitted that nobody is satisfied with the Ukrainian militia's work but at the moment the politicians are not concerned about it, their major concern is who will head the Interior ministry during the presidential election.
