The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers President Viktor Yushchenko to approve the Annual National Program for Ukraine's Membership in NATO, minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Petro Krupko has said.
According to him, a relevant draft decree of the President has been approved at the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. However, Krupko did not disclose any details of the instrument. In August 2009, President Yushchenko endorsed the Annual National Program 2009 (ANP) on Ukraine's preparation for NATO membership. The head of state ordered the Cabinet to submit a draft ANP 2010 by December.
