25-11-2009 14:21 Draft state budget 2010 earmarks one third of amount required for international judicial settlement
According to the Ukrainian Justice Ministry, around UAH 78,385 million (USD 1 - UAH 7.99) is required for pre-trial settlements and international courts when forming the draft state budget 2010, says First Deputy Justice Minister Yevhen Korniychuk.
Meanwhile, the draft budget for the next year provides for UAH 25,674 million. "This amount covers only direct costs for the country to pay for obligatory registration payments when considering cases at foreign judicial institutions and legal support for the current cases," Korniychuk emphasized adding that 'all money will be paid anyway'.
