They pay taxes, however, they trick their countrymen by paying miserable salaries to them," he said. Hrytsak said that an agreement on employment, which foresaw quotas for Ukrainian migrant workers, had been in force between Ukraine and the Czech Republic until 2003. "Such an agreement does not currently exist, and this complicates the condition of our employees," he said. According to the Ukrainian World Congress, over 20 million Ukrainians currently live abroad.
