In the opinion of presidential candidate, Front of Change leader, former parliament speaker and foreign minister Arseniy Yatseniuk, physically destroyed 20 years ago Berlin Wall is still alive actually, having just moved to Ukraine's border with the European Union.
He made a statement to this effect during a press conference in Simferopol. "We are further divided and do not have a single Europe," Yatseniuk said adding "Europe must not be split into those having EU membership and not having it." That is why, says the politician, Kyiv must initiate the creation of an Eastern European Space comprising Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Georgia, and fight together for final removal of the Berlin Wall.
