This is what Natalia Korolevska, the chief of the parliamentary committee on industrial and regulatory policy and entrepreneurship said. According to her, next year the government will place the emphasis on attracting foreign investors in the sector.
"We've held negotiations with foreign investors. We've received confirmation of the intention of a number of foreign banks to credit the coal industry at USD 6.5 billion under sovereign guarantees," she said but failed to specify what banks are ready to invest.
