The introduction of a visa regime with the Russian Federation will not give Ukraine the effect we want, says Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.
On the night of June 30, border guards and the Armed Forces in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine detained two unknown persons without documents, and subsequently found that the detainees were servicemen of the Border Guard Service of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

Washington has accused the pro-Russian armed groups in eastern Ukraine of systematically obstructing the activities of OSCE observers and called on Moscow to use its influence to end this “campaign of intimidation.”
