Deputy Foreign Minister Olena Zerkal said the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague will decide on further steps regarding the Ukraine vs. Russia case on May 12.
The International Court of Justice urged Russia to fully implement the Minsk agreements having recognized it as a party to the Minsk process, not an intermediary. For the first time, this recognition is not a political, but a legal assessment. President Petro Poroshenko said this meeting with Ukrainian top officials on Friday.
The decision of the International Court of Justice in The Hague on Ukraine’s case against Russia is promising, because the jurisdiction of the Court has been recognized on both lawsuits. President Poroshenko said this to media in London, where he is on an official visit.
