Law enforcement agencies investigate about 90 criminal proceedings on the facts of appropriation, embezzlement, and the seizure of property by abusing official officers of Ukrzaliznytsia.
This was announced by the spokesman of the Attorney General Larisa Sargan.
She also noted that Wojciech Balchun, Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsya PJSC, a long period of time had not been in the workplace (87 days from 145 workers in 2016 and 45 from 103 in 2017). According to Larisa Sargan, he has actually neglected his immediate responsibilities, which negatively impacted on the activities of the company.
