Poroshenko against elections in breakaway parts of Ukraine

"We have discussed the extreme danger posed by the holding of fake elections on October 18 and on November 1 in violation of the Ukrainian law. And it poses a serious threat to the whole Minsk process," he told a press conference after his talks in Berlin with French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. President Poroshenko also said that his power-decentralization proposals to the draft Ukrainian Constitution are fully consistent with the Minsk agreements.
