The work of the OSCE mission in Ukraine is becoming increasingly difficult, and the growing number of acts of violence against its mission constitutes a violation of the Minsk agreements, said German government spokesman Shtefen Zaibert at a briefing in Berlin.
He stressed that the OSCE plays a crucial role in monitoring the implementation of the provisions of the Minsk agreements and said that Berlin urges all parties to support the work of the OSCE mission, not hinder it.
