NBU registers new payment system

The information about the new system has been introduced in the Register of payment systems. According to the rules of Platyservis, participants of the new payment system can be banks of Ukraine and nonbank financial institutions licensed to transfer funds without opening an account and which on the basis of an agreement with the payment organization provide services to users of the payment system Platyservis regarding the transfer of funds via this system. Payment system Platyservis has been created to carry out cash and electronic transfers in the national currency from individuals to private or legal entities within Ukraine.
