Belarusian foreign minister to discuss Donbas situation, bilateral ties in Kyiv

"At the talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Klimkin and several other meetings the whole scope of issues of Belarusian-Ukrainian relations in trade and economic and political spheres, co-operation within international organizations will be discussed. It is also planned to discuss the progress of the negotiating process on the resolution of the situation in eastern Ukraine," the Foreign Ministry said. The ministry said that Makei would begin a working visit to Ukraine on August 12. Makei's working visit will take place on August 12-16, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said earlier. "On Wednesday, August 12, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin is expected to meet with his Belarusian counterpart and then a press event is planned," the foreign political agency said.
