President signs law on creation of number of military-civilian administrations in Donetsk region

According to the decree which was posted on Friday, Pershotravenva district state military-civilian administration, as well as administrations of the town of Maryinka and the village of Pobeda of Maryinsky district in Donetsk region have been created. Military-civilian administrations have also been created in the villages of Kominternove, Vodiane and Zaichenky of Volnovakha district of Donetsk region/ "The NSDC and its secretary must ensure the urgent discussion of issues relating to the appointment of the heads of the military-civilian administrations to the said populated areas. The head of the SBU Anti-Terrorist Center and the head of the Donetsk region's state administration must conduct other events associated with the creation of the military-civilian administrations in accordance with the Ukrainian law On Military-Civilian Administrations," the press service has reported. On March 5, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree on the creation of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions' military-civilian administrations. The document also decrees the formation of the Volnovakha district military-civilian administration and the Maryinka district military-civilian administration in the Donetsk region and the Novoaidar, Popasna and Stanitsa Luhanska district military-civilian administrations in the Luhansk region. The document also decrees the creation of the military-civilian administrations of the cities of Avdiyivka, Vuhledar and Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region and the military-civilian administrations of the village of Krymske, Novoaidar district of the Luhansk region, the villages of Triokhizbenka, Kriakovka, Lobacheve, Lopaskine and Orekhove-Donetsk, Novoaidar district of the Luhansk region, the settlements of Novotoshkovske and Zhelobok, Popasna district of the Luhansk region, and the villages of Troitskoye and Novozvaniovka, Popasna district of the Luhansk region. The existence of the military-civilian administrations influences the organization of the October 25 local elections.
