Yanukovych must come to an office of the investigative department head of the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office to participate in questioning and carry out other procedural actions in criminal proceedings on December 5 and December 9, 2016, the Prosecutor General's Office said on its website in the 'Summonses' section on Tuesday. Three of Yanukovych's residential addresses are mentioned in a summons: in Kyiv, in the village of Novi Petrivtsi, Kyiv region, and in Rostov-on-Don. On November 28, 2016, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko notified ex-Ukrainian President Yanukovych of suspicion under two articles of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, 110 and 111 (treason and infringement on the territorial integrity of the country). "Considering that Yanukovych is outside Ukraine, effectively hiding from Ukrainian law enforcement authorities, the content of the suspicion was declared orally, and the notice of suspicion itself was sent out today, an hour ago, to all of Yanukovych's known addresses and will also be handed to the latter's lawyer," Lutsenko told the Sviatoshynsky District Court of Kyiv.
