OSCE mission again notes limited access to all sections of forces disengagement in Donbas

"Today again only limited access for the mission to Pervomaisk/Zolote, Stanytsia Luhanska, and Petrivske/Bohdanivka disengagement areas [was allowed]. The access remains restricted in all three areas, but the Mission is able to partially monitor them," it said in a statement on Tuesday. The mission "is ready [and] able to monitor, but needs access. The Joint Command and Control Centre should assist in ensuring safe & unhindered access for [monitoring], and co-ordinate demining," the mission said.
