Hundreds of demonstrators who were are demanding changing utility tariffs and transparency of their formation, have broken turnstile and broke into the hall of the building of the Vinnytsia city council. So the protesters decided to break into the council meeting. They also try to storm the entrances to the offices, but the police and security firms are impeding the crowd. People hold placards "We demand a moratorium on tariff," "Stop the theft of public property" and others.
In Ukraine, tariff for heat increased twofold in the absence of improved services.
