Poroshenko, Nazarbayev discuss bilateral economic cooperation

The Head of State congratulated the President of Kazakhstan on successful completion of negotiations on Kazakhstan's accession to the World Trade Organization. Petro Poroshenko stressed that the given accession opens broad prospects for constructive bilateral economic and trade cooperation under the WTO principles. In turn, Nursultan Nazarbayev thanked Petro Poroshenko for his personal support in the given issue. The parties also discussed the issue of bilateral economic cooperation, particularly in the sphere of aircraft manufacturing. In the course of negotiations, the Ukrainian President expressed firm belief that DCFTA between Ukraine and the EU, which will be established starting from January 1, 2016, will open new opportunities for the intensification of Ukrainian-Kazakh interaction.
